Meet The Manager
I completed my Early Years Teacher Status (PGCE) on the 19th July 2022 from University of Greenwich. I have a Masters in International Development & Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Leeds University. I am confident my education, experience and transferable skills such as my leadership qualities, knowledge of early years, communication and organizational abilities, qualify me to take on this role.
Mallards Wood Daycare will continue pursuing our mission to continually improve the high quality childcare that we provide; ensuring that the Nursery is a safe, caring, and above all fun environment to learn.
I plan on bringing lots of changes, a new way of doing things with my highly skilled and qualified team of practitioners. I am very proud of my staff, their hard work and dedication is what makes us provide quality education to all children. My aim is to focus on all areas of learning outdoors; this will be implemented in different ways, through trips, walks in the forest/green area, lots of garden time and healthy lifestyle.
I look forward to building a stronger relationship with all of you in my new role. I’m confident together we can ensure each child achieves their full developmental potential while learning through play.
As Manager, I am responsible for managing and supporting my team and ensuring that the environment within the Nursery is a safe, caring, and nurturing one, but above all, it is a place where the children can learn and develop.
Our aim for each and every child is to ensure that whilst in our care that they achieve their full development and potential.
I am very proud of my team and the high quality of childcare services that we provide at Mallards Wood Daycare and Preschool.
To find out more about how we nurture the children in our care book a visit. I will be happy to show you the fantastic facilities we have.
